Ohio University

Ohio University is a public institution of higher learning that has its main campus in Athens, Ohio. The university also maintains regional campuses in Chillicothe, Ironton, Lancaster, Proctorville, St. Clairsville, and Zanesville. Ohio University grants bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees. The university also has a school of osteopathic medicine. Students study journalism and media in the Scripps College of Communication. The university’s Kennedy Museum of Art includes a large collection Southwest Native American art.
