Rheumatism

Rheumatism, << ROO muh tihz uhm, >> is a general term for disorders involving inflammation and pain, particularly in the muscles and joints. Physicians do not usually use this term. Major diseases that are frequently called rheumatism include osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, and rheumatoid arthritis.
