AAA, formerly called the American Automobile Association, is one of the world’s largest travel organizations. AAA’s services include trip-planning assistance, travel and hotel reservations, insurance, and emergency road service. AAA responds to millions of calls from stranded motorists each year. The organization also works to improve motoring conditions and sponsors public services on travel and traffic safety and energy conservation.
AAA was founded in 1902. The organization has headquarters in Heathrow, Florida.
