Claremont Graduate University

Claremont Graduate University is a private, independent graduate university in Claremont, California, near Los Angeles. Claremont Graduate University is a member of the Claremont Consortium, also called The Claremont Colleges, an association of five undergraduate colleges and two graduate schools. The other members of the consortium are Claremont McKenna College, Harvey Mudd College, Pitzer College, Pomona College, Scripps College, and Keck Graduate Institute of Applied Life Sciences. Students may take courses and use facilities at any of the schools in the Claremont Consortium without additional cost. The university was founded in 1925.
