Warragamba Dam is on the Warragamba River, west of Sydney, Australia. The dam, which is 466 feet (142 meters) high, can store 2,656,500 cubic yards (2,031,000 cubic meters) of water. It is the largest concrete dam in Australia. The city of Sydney receives a large part of its water supply from Warragamba Dam. The dam was completed in 1960.
