Baltimore Ravens

Baltimore Ravens are a professional football team that plays in the National Football League (NFL). The team plays in the North Division of the American Football Conference. The Ravens play their home games in M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore.

The Ravens began playing in 1996, after the team moved from Cleveland, where they had been known as the Cleveland Browns. Baltimore previously had an NFL team, known as the Colts, from 1953 to 1983. That team moved to Indianapolis, where they now play as the Indianapolis Colts.

The 2000 Ravens had one of the greatest defenses in NFL history. That team finished the season with 12 regular season wins and won Super Bowl XXXV by a score of 34-7. The Ravens also won Super Bowl XLVII (played in 2013).

Baltimore Ravens stars have included quarterback Joe Flacco (2008-2018), quarterback Lamar Jackson (2018- ), linebacker Ray Lewis (1996-2012), nose tackle Haloti Ngata (2006-2014), offensive tackle Jonathan Ogden (1996-2007), safety Ed Reed (2002-2012), and linebacker Terrell Suggs (2003-2018).
