Bullfinch

Bullfinch is a small European and Asiatic bird that can be taught to sing melodies. Its short, thick, bulging bill makes it look a little like a bull. It is slightly larger than a house sparrow. The male has a blue-gray back, rosy-red breast, and a black beak, crown, wings, and tail. The bullfinch feeds mostly on berries, seeds, and the buds of fruit trees. See also Finch.
