Cazaly, Roy (1893-1963), was one of the most spectacular players of Australian Rules football. His high marking inspired crowds to shout “Up there, Cazaly!” when he leapt for the ball. Cazaly was adept at one-handed marks. He played for St. Kilda in Victoria, Australia, from 1909 until 1920. Cazaly played for South Melbourne from 1921 to 1924 and in 1926 and 1927. After his playing career, he coached for various teams. Cazaly was born on Jan. 13, 1893, in Albert Park, Victoria. He died on Oct. 10, 1963.
