Arches National Park

Arches National Park lies near Moab in southeastern Utah. Its unusual sandstone rock formations look like huge arches, windows, and towers. Landscape Arch is one of the world’s longest natural arches. It has a 306-foot (93-meter) span. The park became a national monument in 1929 and a national park in 1971.
