Drupe

Drupe << droop >> is a fleshy fruit that has a single seed. Drupes include the olive, plum, apricot, cherry, and peach. The seed of a drupe is surrounded by a hard covering called a stone or pit. The fleshy pulp is usually covered with a thin skin.
