Dynamics << dy NAM ihks >> in physics, is the study of objects that change their speed or the direction of their motion because of forces acting upon them. The English scientist Isaac Newton expressed the relationship of these forces and changes in motion in his second law of motion. This law states that the acceleration of an object is in the direction of the applied force and has a magnitude (force) equal to the force divided by the mass of the object (see Force (Characteristics of force) ; Motion (Newton’s laws of motion) ).
