Graylings resemble trout in their habits, but graylings are more slender, graceful, and active. The grayling’s scales also are larger than those of trout. Its beauty lies largely in its colorful fins. Arctic graylings are found from the Arctic region to Canada’s southern border and in the United States, mainly in Montana. They also live in eastern Siberia. Graylings are considered a delicacy.
