National Association of Congregational Christian Churches is a Protestant religious fellowship. It was founded in 1955 by a number of Congregational Christian Churches. It stresses cooperation among member churches but has no authority over them. The association operates domestic and international missions, provides financial support to seminary students, and conducts its own educational programs for clergy and lay leaders. It also has various commissions and committees to deal with such issues as youth ministry, interfaith relations, and communication between member churches. In addition, it publishes a magazine called The Congregationalist. The national office is in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.
