Old English sheepdog

Old English sheepdog is best known for its long hair, “bobbed” tail, and odd, shuffling walk. Its hair hangs down over its eyes. Much brushing is required to keep the dog’s long coat neat. The coat serves as excellent insulation. It is gray or blue, often with white markings, or mostly white with gray or blue markings. The dog stands about 22 inches (56 centimeters) high, and weighs from 50 to 65 pounds (23 to 29 kilograms). See also Sheepdog.
