Texas Christian University is an independent coeducational teaching and research institution in Fort Worth, Texas. It is related to the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). The university offers study programs in a number of foreign countries. It also operates a bilingual speech and hearing clinic and a school for children with learning disabilities. Texas Christian University was founded in 1873. The university’s athletic teams are called the Horned Frogs.
