Wallasey is a residential area and vacation resort on the Wirral Peninsula, Merseyside, England. It lies on the west bank of the Mersey estuary. Ferries and electric trains connect the town with Liverpool. New Brighton is the main resort area of Wallasey. Most of Wallasey’s industry is in the southern part of the town.
