Eastern Nazarene College is a private institution of higher learning in Quincy, Massachusetts. It is affiliated with the Church of the Nazarene, a Protestant denomination, though about half of its students come from other denominations. The college was founded in 1900 as the Pentecostal Collegiate Institute in Saratoga Springs, New York. It became Eastern Nazarene College in 1918 and moved to Quincy in 1919. In addition to its main campus in Quincy, East Nazarene operates adult and graduate studies programs in Brockton, Fall River, and Canton, Massachusetts. The college’s athletic teams are called the Lions.
