The Jonas Brothers have sold millions of albums worldwide.

Kevin Jonas (1987-…), Joe Jonas (1989-…), and Nick Jonas (1992-…) grew up in Wyckoff, New Jersey. Nick is the group’s lead singer. In addition to singing, Kevin and Joe play guitar. Also in 2008, the Jonas Brothers had a hit with “Burnin’ Up.” The song appeared on the group’s third album, A Little Bit Longer, released later that year. From 2009 to 2010, the group starred in the Disney situation comedy “Jonas L.A.” In 2010, the Jonas Brothers starred in the Disney Channel movie sequel Camp Rock II.

The group’s fourth album, Lines, Vines and Trying Times (2009) was a number-one hit. The band’s other hit songs include “Hold On” and “S.O.S” (both 2007) and “Pushin’ Me Away,” “Tonight,” and “A Little Bit Longer” (all 2008). In 2011, Joe Jonas released a solo album, Fastlife. From 2012 to 2013, the Jonas Brothers appeared on the reality show “Married to Jonas.” The show documented the life of the newlywed Kevin and his wife, Danielle, as well as the brothers’ recording efforts. In 2018, Nick Jonas married the Indian actress and singer Priyanka Chopra.

The group broke up in 2013. The Jonas Brothers re-formed in 2019, when the group released the single “Sucker.” Later that year, the song was included on the group’s number-one album Happiness Begins. In 2020 and 2021, Nick Jonas was a coach on the singing-competition television show “The Voice.”
