Hawkins, Jennifer (1983-…), is an Australian model , television presenter, and former beauty queen . She ranks among Australia’s highest-paid entertainers.
Hawkins was born on Dec. 22, 1983, in Holmesville, near Newcastle, New South Wales . She attended West Wallsend High School in New South Wales. She later worked as a legal secretary and was a cheerleader for the Newcastle Knights National Rugby League team.
In 2004, Hawkins won the Miss Universe Australia beauty pageant. Later that year, she was crowned Miss Universe. Also in 2004, she became a presenter for Seven Network, one of Australia’s leading television networks. In addition, Hawkins was a model for such brands as Lovable and Covergirl. From 2006 through 2018, she represented Myer, a major Australian department store. She created her own line of swimwear for the store.
As a celebrity presenter, Hawkins has appeared on the popular Australian television series “The Great Outdoors” and “Australia’s Next Top Model.”
